What to know before buying.
We prefer to explain condition, sizing, availability, delivery and returns clearly.
Are the clothes second hand?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. Each item is checked and known flaws are disclosed.
How are sizes shown?
We show the label size and, when useful, available measurements. Measurements are the best reference across brands.
Why is there usually only one?
Most of the catalogue consists of one-off pieces. An item sold or reserved for payment is no longer available to another buyer.
Do the photos show the real item?
Yes. Photos show the item for sale. They may be cropped or balanced, but we do not alter cut, colour, logos or flaws.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared and dispatched from mainland Portugal, normally within three working days.
Where do you deliver?
At launch: Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy. Available rates are shown before payment.
Can I return an order?
Consumers retain the statutory withdrawal rights that apply to distance sales. Details are set out in our terms.
How is payment secured?
Payment is processed by Stripe. WearLoop does not store card numbers.

Julien and Ines run the shop together from Portugal, handling selection, checks, photos, listings, messages and parcels.
