WearLoop Vintage is a commercial activity operated from Portugal. Required operator details, tax number, business address and return address must be completed before launch. Contact: contact@wearloopvintage.com.
Sales and payment
Products are mainly second hand and often one-off. The full price, delivery charge and any discount are shown before payment. Online payment is processed by Stripe.
Delivery
Orders are prepared in Portugal. Available countries, methods and charges are calculated before payment. We aim to dispatch within three working days.
Returns
Statutory distance-selling withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. Return postage is paid by the customer unless WearLoop made an error or the item is non-conforming.
Conformity
Statutory consumer conformity rights continue to apply. Second-hand condition and known defects are disclosed before sale.
Privacy
We use data needed for orders, delivery, support and, with consent, newsletters. Payment data is processed by Stripe and card numbers are not stored by WearLoop.

You can contact us directly. In Portugal, the electronic Livro de Reclamações is also available.
